Bio

Bobbie, along with her husband Jon founded 3 Diamond back in 1984 in their home garage and she would have never envisioned that we would be where we are now.
You will still find her in the office often during the week with her never wavering positive attitude and smile.
Many of the 3 Diamond employees have worked for her for over 10 (or many over 20) years and her, along with Jon, have built the atmosphere and culture that 3 Diamond is so proud of.
As you read others bios, you will see nearly everyone mentioned the family atmosphere, and Bobbie and the Latcham family, are the reason why.
She loves the fact that she gets to work along side her kids, Karrie and Jay, her son-in-law Tim, and her grandchildren Ian and Emma.
