PAYMENT

All payments are due within 30 days of the original invoice. Payment not received within 30 days will be considered past due and the state will be notified, per state rule.

Payment can be made via check or can be made automatically using ACH. Contact your sales rep for more information regarding ACH.

RETURN POLICY

If you have games that you would like to return, for whatever reason, 3 Diamond will work with you to get the games returned in a timely manner. We reserve the right to not provide credit for games that are damaged, written on, seasonal, or not resealable for any other reason. 

PRODUCT RECALL/DEFECTIVES

When there is a manufacturer recall, your sales rep will notify you as soon as possible. Recalls must be taken care of in a timely fashion. Once we have returned the recalled games to the manufacturer, 3 Diamond reserves the right to not provide credit for games returned after that fact that were part of the recall.

Defective games also must be handled promptly. Please see "How to Handle a Defective in Play" form in the "Documents" section of the website.

ACCOUNT CREDITS

When you have received a credit for a returned game, recall, or defective please use that credit on your next payment. If you are signed up for ACH, the credit will automatically be applied to the next withdrawal. 

COMMUNICATIONS

We try to communicate with our customers as best we can. If you would like to be removed from any of our forms of communication, there is an "unsubscribe" option included, or please contact your sales rep or the main office and we will remove you.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

We are able to ship all products through UPS. The weight limit is 50lbs, which means we can typically ship 4 games in a box. Orders to be shipped must be received by noon to ensure that we are able to get it out on that days shipment. Cost of shipping varies per order.

EQUIPMENT LEASES

Certain equipment including tri-wheel tables, V2 Horse Racing systems, and hand held bingo devices can be sold on a leased basis. Lease terms vary on each. Customer is responsible for all damage and repairs to leased equipment.

American Games, Arrow International, Trade Products, Ace Novelty, Universal Manufacturing, Paramount Games, Diamond Game, and International Gamco.
